The support matrix page documents the standalone gateway binary artifacts but does not mention the Debian packages that are published on each release. This PR adds a Debian Package section that lists the amd64 and arm64 artifacts and links to the GitHub releases page.
Related Issue: Follows the Debian package publishing added in #1069.
Testing: `markdownlint-cli2` passes with no errors.
