Support custom dictionary without default dictionary

Does typos support ignoring all its known spellings, and only considering the set of corrections specified in the typos.toml file?

I've re-read the docs and searched the issues, but it all seems to focus on tweaking the existing dictionary rather than replacing it entirely.

Sorry if I've missed this somewhere -- happy to send a PR to clarify if this feature is possible today.

This is only supported through custom builds of the binary today (cargo build --no-default-features / cargo install typos --no-default-features) though been unsure about keeping those.

What is your motivation for wanting to do this?

I'm looking at rolling out typos to some extremely big repositories that currently have two levels of automated spell checking:

(1) A small set of directories that have extensive spell checking. It's relatively straightforward to add typos here.

(2) A larger set of directories that check a small (<1000) set of misspellings for common words or product names.

If I could run typos without the dictionary, I can use typos in (2) as well. It's nicer to be consistent, and this lets me re-use configuration for things like suppression syntax.

It sounds like --no-default-features could be a great fit for my needs, I might explore that :)
