Allow me to specify that an individual command can be allowed in session or always similar to Jetbrains Copilot plugin

I don't want to allow every command to run, and I want dynamically determine what commands can run

Proposed solution

I don't have one, other than the Jetbrains copilot plugin already does this, so it should be possible.
