DB_PROGRAM var from the INI doesn't allow binaries in PATH

DB_PROGRAM var from the INI doesn't allow binaries in PATH

That is because this binary is not executed through a shell, but directly executed from the code. It calls access() to determine if it is alright to execute the pathname given. However, if you do not specify an accessible (absolute) path or have the binary in the current working directory, then it will fail to find the program and tells you it is not executable.

It might have been better to state that it didn't find the program. There should probably be a check on errno after the call to access() when it fails and the proper message printed. You are welcome to add that check and send a fix. ;-)
