- refresh index.mdx: update starter template link, SDK version to 0.4.x, replace legacy cart-selector examples with bundle selector pattern, add CPK quick start with template preview cards
- refresh configuration.mdx: add storeName field, mark showCountries deprecated, add discounts/profiles blocks, fix GTM settings
- add template preview screenshots to public/assets/campaigns/
