Add --fsdb_client_ssl_preferred=false --thrift_ssl_policy=disabled to all services for consistency. Delete unused wedge_agent.service file to avoid confusion. Remove fboss_init.service Wants from platform_manager.service. fboss_init depends on platform_manager.
